Join us September 7th and 14th for a two-session ceramics workshop where you'll learn to design and create beautiful bee-themed tiles. This immersive experience is perfect for both beginners and experienced ceramists who want to explore the intersection of art and nature.

Session 1: Design and Creation

  • Introduction to Tile Making: Begin with an overview of the basics of working with clay, including rolling, cutting, and shaping tiles.

Session 2: Glazing and Finishing

  • Glazing Techniques: Dive into the glazing process, including how to apply and layer glazes to enhance your designs. Learn tips for achieving vibrant colors and finishes.
  • Final Touches: Apply the glazes to your tiles, making sure to bring out the best in your bee-themed designs.
  • Kiln Firing: Understand the kiln firing process and how it transforms your clay pieces into durable ceramic art. 

Your tiles will be fired after the session and ready for pick-up at a later date.
