Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Reservation Process: Bookings for our Hive Inspection Consultancy Services can be made via our website, email, or phone. We recommend scheduling at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability. Confirmation: Once your booking is received, we will confirm the appointment date and time via email or phone. Please provide accurate contact information for confirmation purposes. Advance Notice for Large Operations: For commercial beekeeping operations requiring extensive services, please book at least one month in advance to allow adequate preparation. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 48 hours before the appointment. We will do our best to accommodate a new date and time based on availability. Cancellation Policy Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a 100% charge of the service fee. Refunds: For cancellations made within the stipulated time frame, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days. Weather-Related Cancellations: In case of adverse weather conditions that make the inspection impossible or unsafe, we will reschedule the appointment at no additional cost. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an unforeseen emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential waiving of cancellation fees. Please note, our policies are designed to ensure that we can provide high-quality, timely services to all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
